Melissa has completed the certification from the Association of Workplace Investigators in Utah, USA and regularly undertakes workplace investigations as an independent investigator for a large range of companies.

Melissa has extensive experience across all areas of workplace investigations—from conducting investigations, to guiding organisations through each stage of the process, to representing employees who are under investigation.  Melissa has undertaken investigations into sexual harassment; bullying, fraudulent activity and serious misconduct issues as well as undertaking team culture investigations.
